Company Bio

Special Finance Solutions LLC was founded in 2008. Although, we began consulting and training dealers around the nation who were having problems converting special finance leads into car deals, while we were operating a very successful special finance department at a franchise dealership as far back as 2004.

It started when our lead generators and advertisers began contacting us to find out what it was that made us successful. Once they learned how technical a process we had developed, implemented and worked on a daily basis, they asked us if we would be willing to share this information with their other dealers nationwide. We agreed, and were happy to help other dealers become more effective and profitable in the special finance segment of the industry.

The lead generators began to have their dealers contact us directly to acquire the tools and processes they would need to be successful converting special finance internet leads. After working with many of their dealers over several years, we found there was an increasing number of dealers who needed assistance in developing this part of their business, so we decided to start the full-time special finance consulting company, Special Finance Solutions.

We have over 30 years of combined experience working in the Special Finance segment of the auto industry. We have developed and operated departments as small as a 3-person team all the way up to a dedicated Special Finance team of over 50 employees. Today, we are a nationally recognized leader in special finance consulting and training. The experiences we have had throughout the years and the processes we have developed are now made available to your dealership through our consulting and training services.
